What should a buyer verify before approval?
Use factory photographs for visual context, then qualify the supplier with current controlled documents and order-specific acceptance requirements.
Verify
Current ISO 9001 certificate
Request the current certificate copy and verify its legal entity, scope, certificate number, issuing body, and validity. The current public image set does not contain the certificate.
Agree
Acceptance criteria and inspection record
Agree the applicable checks, acceptance criteria, sampling or check method, and record format before production. No inspection report is included in the current public image set.
Confirm
Packaging requirements
PVC packaging boxes and custom packaging are available. Record the approved packaging configuration in the RFQ and order documents.
Request if required
Factory-audit and facility records
If third-party qualification is required, request a current audit report and verify the company-confirmed factory area of more than 10,000 m² (more than 107,000 sq ft), more than 200 employees, and monthly capacity of 1,000,000 pieces.
Define quality requirements in the RFQ
Send the requested blade configuration, acceptance criteria, packaging requirements, quantity, and any supplier-qualification documents required for review.
